• No monthly service charge to businesses with 100 or fewer checks/debit items per month when $1,000 minimum balance is maintained
• If minimum balance for month falls below $1,000, a 11.50 maintenance fee plus .30 per check/debit item is assessed

• Account analysis is performed based on activity
• An earnings credit is applied to offset the following monthly fees:
  • Maintenance fee -- 11.50
  • Check/debit item -- .30 per item
  • Deposits -- .61 per deposit
• The earnings credit is based on the current 91-day Treasury Bill rate and subtracted from the above charges to arrive at the monthly service charge, if any.
